Job summary

The Charter Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton, part of Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC, is seeking a hotel maintenance technician. You will build, repair, maintain and paint all parts of the hotel, patch drywall, inspect machinery, and assist in setting up new equipment.

This full-time onsite role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, offering a full benefits package, paid time off, travel discounts, wellness programs, and opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and able to provide excellent guest service.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, maintain and paint all parts of the hotel.
• Patch and repair drywall.
• Inspect machinery and lighting; monitor operations.
• Maintain swimming pool, cleaning, vacuuming and testing chemical levels.
• Tiling, flooring, light carpentry, and repairs to furniture/fixtures.
• Attend training classes and meetings.
• Assist in delivery and setup of new equipment.
• Communicate with Management and Maintenance Team on projects.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
