Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities and surrounding areas, performing painting, patching, drywall work, and related maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance including surface prep, painting, wallpaper hanging when required.
• Patch drywall, caulk seams, and repair minor damage from wear and tear.
• Maintain records of rooms completed and monitor equipment; report repairs.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and keep spaces odor-free and clean.
• Interact with guests and coworkers professionally and assist as needed.
• Assist Chief Engineer and other departments as required.
