The ideal candidate will have five years in a maintenance leadership role within hotels, with strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with departments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Five years in a maintenance leadership role, preferably within hotels.
• High school education required; college or trade school in mechanical/electrical/technical disciplines preferred.
• Certified pool operator certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proactive preventive maintenance programs to meet brand standards (laundry equipment, HVAC, ice machines, fire safety, plumbing).
• Maintain hotel maintenance and upkeep to Graduate Brand and Guest standards.
• Follow safe working practices and conditions.
• Inspect guest rooms after maintenance and manage inventory of supplies.
