Job summary

Oxford Collection of Hotels’ Maintenance Manager in Hermiston, OR oversees daily maintenance operations to keep guest areas safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. You will lead a hands‑on maintenance team, troubleshoot issues, manage preventative programs, and ensure compliance with safety standards throughout the property.

You should have strong mechanical skills, experience in hotel maintenance, and a customer‑focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of progressive hotel maintenance experience (preferred).
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure safety and cleanliness across the hotel.
• Lead and train the maintenance team, providing hands-on support.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Address facility issues promptly and coordinate with the General Manager.
• Provide guest transportation as needed.
• Maintain and log maintenance records and inspections.
