Job summary

DelMonte Hotel Group seeks a Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead the Engineering Department at Residence Inn Cleveland University Circle/Med Ctr. You will supervise staff, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure safety and guest comfort while managing budgets and timelines.

You will coordinate preventative maintenance, train colleagues, and report results to leadership, while maintaining inventory, logs, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years related experience in engineering and maintenance.
• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering staff and manage daily maintenance tasks.
• Schedule preventive maintenance for equipment and systems and track its results.
• Coordinate work orders, budget considerations, and inventory control.
• Maintain records, logs, and compliance with safety policies.
• Assist with training and development of engineering and front desk staff.
