Club Quarters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to keep the property in top condition. You will fix leaks, troubleshoot AC units, repair guest room doors, and support the Maintenance Manager with operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in building maintenance, a team-oriented mindset, and flexibility to cover various shifts. On-site role with benefits for a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in building maintenance or related trade.
• Hands-on problem solving and customer service in hospitality context.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Guest Response: address issues in guest rooms quickly and professionally.
• General Repairs: drywall, painting, carpentry, furniture touch-ups.
• Equipment Monitoring: daily checks on building equipment to prevent issues.
• Mechanical & Plumbing: HVAC repairs, unclog drains, faucets, toilets/sinks maintenance.
• Electrical: replace bulbs, ballasts, outlets, switches.
• Preventative Maintenance: regular PM walks and minor fixes before guest notice.
• Property Upkeep: keep front and back-of-house areas clean and functional.
• Safety & Emergency: know fire life safety equipment and procedures.
• Additional Duties: assist Maintenance/Hotel Manager with other projects.
