You will supervise a small maintenance team, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with hotel operations to maintain guest areas and back-of-house systems. Candidates should have strong electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge and a focus on reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded hotel maintenance and a track record of reliability.
• Electrical, AC and plumbing knowledge with preventive maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Professional, punctual, and trustworthy with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities following preventive maintenance guidelines.
• Perform repairs, complete documentation, and keep logs up to date.
• Supervise a small team and manage labor costs in the maintenance department.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and coordinate safety procedures.
• Ensure life safety systems are monitored and functioning properly.
• Assist with guest issues professionally and maintain hospitable attitude.
