Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to uphold maintenance standards across its premium-brand hotels. You will support the Chief Engineer, follow department procedures, and fault-find mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues with safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring blueprint literacy, a valid driver’s license, and a background in facilities maintenance or hotel operations, with 1–3 years of related experience and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and operating instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and basic knowledge of safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel maintenance and upkeep standards per WL, Brand, and Guest expectations.
• Assist Chief Engineer in overseeing all Engineering aspects of the hotel.
• Perform repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work safely and neatly.
• Repair mechanical, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing issues as needed.
• Communicate needs for materials, tools, and supplies to supervisors.
