White Lodging seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to uphold the hotel’s maintenance and upkeep standards and to support the Chief Engineer across engineering functions. This role focuses on safe, quality workmanship and proactive problem-solving.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3–5 years in maintenance (or 1–2 years with trade schooling), and a valid driver’s license with ability to read blueprints. We offer Day 1 benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of maintenance-related experience; or 1–2 years with trade school.
• Ability to read blueprints and operating instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain hotel facilities to WL, Brand, and Guest standards.
• Assist Chief Engineer in supervising all Engineering functions.
• Perform repair, maintenance, alterations, and installation work safely.
• Provide training and technical advice to other engineers as needed.
• Identify and repair mechanical failures including HVAC, electrical or plumbing.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and supplies with supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
