Job summary
Fairfield Inn and Suites North Conway is seeking a Full-Time Hotel Preventative Maintenance Tech - Houseperson to assist the maintenance engineer with building, grounds, and guest rooms readiness. Duties include cleaning and maintaining guest areas and supporting Front Desk and Bistro as needed.
The role offers Evening/Night shifts with weekend availability and access to DailyPay earnings. Benefits include family hotel room discounts and growth opportunities within Lafrance Hospitality network.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel setting is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities
- Review maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule tasks
- Perform preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Service the hotel pool, adjust chemicals, and clean filters
- Janitorial duties for guest areas and public spaces
- Assist Front Desk and Bistro with guest needs as they arise
- Support maintenance engineer in daily operations
