Job summary

Fairfield Inn and Suites North Conway is recruiting a Full-Time Hotel Preventative Maintenance Tech - Houseperson. The role supports the maintenance engineer in building, grounds, and guest room readiness, while performing Housekeeping tasks in common areas.

The position offers an $18–$20 hourly rate, with evening/night shifts and weekend availability required. DailyPay and referral/retention incentives are highlighted as benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel setting preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting and servicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
• Performs preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Serves the hotel’s pool including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters.
• Janitorial duties include cleaning trash and public spaces inside and outside of the hotel.
• Janitorial duties of guest common areas.
• Assist guests from the Front Desk and Hotel Bistro as needs arise.
