Job summary

Oxford Collection of Hotels in Chico, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service the hotel's physical plant, perform preventive maintenance, and support safe, clean, inviting guest spaces.

You will work under the Maintenance Manager to handle repairs between guest needs, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality. The role offers training and growth opportunities in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and equipment as scheduled.
• Repair and refurbish building components including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC basics.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with Front Desk to minimize guest disruption.
• Maintain logs and ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met.
