• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations and codes.
• Coordinate and oversee external contractors, ensuring standards and timelines are met.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives through energy management and innovative engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to enhance guest experience and resolve any facility-related concerns.
• Monitor and report on maintenance issues, improvements, and expenditures, maintaining budget considerations and operational performance.
