Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel engineering department.
• Attend to maintenance of refrigeration, heating, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and equipment.
• Supervise, mentor and discipline maintenance staff as needed.
• Manage inventory, ordering of tools and parts; track expenses and budgets.
• Be on-call after hours, including nights and weekends.
