Job summary

BEI San Francisco - Trademark Collection in downtown San Francisco is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep the hotel's systems running smoothly and safely for guests and staff. You’ll perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment, tackle repairs, respond to emergencies, and uphold safety standards with teamwork.

This role requires weekend availability and hotel experience is preferred to deliver reliable service in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field preferred.
• Trade license (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license required, with an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance across hotel HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems; care for guest rooms and public spaces.
• Tackle repairs and minor carpentry, painting, and furniture issues to keep areas functional and presentable.
• Respond to equipment issues, leaks, and emergencies with safety and guest comfort as priorities.
