Job summary

Hotel Equities in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and compliant operation of the property. The role supports life/safety systems, HVAC, electrical and guest room equipment while maintaining building integrity and safety standards.

The position requires flex shifts including mornings and evenings, a valid California driver's license, and 2–3 years of related experience in hospitality maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to drive stick shift required.
• Experience: two to three full years of employment in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior of building, parking lot, and common areas and guest room equipment.
• Maintain life/safety systems including fire, elevators, disasters and emergency lighting.
• Respond to emergencies and operate/maintain HVAC, electrical, and security systems.
• Perform special projects and maintain open communication with other departments.
