Job summary

The Dunlin, part of Auberge Collection, seeks a Hotel Maintenance Team Member to guardian our property's infrastructure while ensuring guest comfort. You will perform routine and emergency repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fixtures, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This role requires overnight hours 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, strong technical skills, and clear English communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technician or engineer in a hotel or property management setting.
• Experience with power tools and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment and warning labels.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other fixtures.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment, facilities, and guest rooms; address problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct repairs on hotel property to maintain aesthetics and functionality.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities and equipment and take corrective actions.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests (power outages, leaks, elevator malfunctions) to minimize disruptions.
• Work overnight 10:30 pm – 7:00 am.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other fixtures to ensure functionality and safety.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment, facilities, and guest rooms, addressing problems promptly to minimize downtime and inconvenience.
• Conduct repairs on hotel property, such as fixing leaks, replacing broken fixtures, and repairing damaged furniture or equipment, to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the property.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, such as power outages, plumbing leaks, or elevator malfunctions, to quickly resolve issues and minimize disruptions to guest services.
• Work overnight 10:30 pm - 7 am

Pay $22 - $24 / hour, commensurate with experience
