Hei Hotels Inc. is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Engineer for Hyatt Regency Sonoma in Santa Rosa, CA. You will maintain building systems and the building envelope, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with codes and hotel standards.

Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry is required or strongly preferred. Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced hotel environment is expected. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation.

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry trades experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and report work orders.
• Check electrical systems, HVAC controls, and lighting; perform minor repairs.
• Maintain pool and outdoor areas, refurbish guest room fixtures as needed.
• Move furniture and fixtures; respond courteously to guest questions.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies; work as scheduled.
