Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Conducts preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain spare parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders.
• Perform daily rounds to identify and report problems.
