Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings and technical parts breakdown.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within 30 minutes.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and record actions on work orders.
• Follow department procedures for repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work.
• Comply with local, state, and federal codes and requirements.
• Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters and night engineers.
