Hilton is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer in Abilene, Texas, to keep hotel facilities safe and fully functional. You’ll handle repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry, respond quickly to service requests, and perform proactive inspections to prevent issues.

This full-time on-site role emphasizes safety, reliability, and delivering a warm guest experience through well-maintained spaces and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel facilities maintenance.
• Ability to perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Familiar with safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities ensuring safety and functionality across guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Respond to service calls and team member work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry disciplines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on facilities and equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and flag issues requiring follow-up.
