Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training plus two years of experience in general building maintenance or construction.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electricity and equipment mechanics.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service standards in all guest interactions.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
