Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests requests as assigned.
• Maintain and manage work order system on a timely basis.
• Make minor repairs.
• Responsible for upkeep of equipment.
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities.
• Prior experience highly preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
