Westin Dallas Stonebriar is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee building systems and the hotel envelope, ensuring guest safety and comfort. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, small repairs, and coordinate major projects as needed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades, with strong communication and teamwork skills. This is an on-site position at the Frisco, TX property offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or certification in building trades.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with routine repairs of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry components.
• Maintain pool, boiler, laundry, kitchen, and other hotel equipment.
• Respond to guest questions and maintenance requests with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain exterior grounds and interior spaces to preserve curb appeal.
