Job summary

The Stoneleigh in Dallas, part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, seeks an Engineer I to maintain building systems on-site. This full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and energy efficiency within a historic, renovated hotel.

You will assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, respond to guest requests, and help keep the property in peak condition. Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry experience or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain hotel quality.
• Check electrical systems and perform minor repairs on HVAC, lighting, and appliances.
• Service pool equipment, chemicals, and maintenance logs.
• Maintain exterior and refurbish guest room furniture and fixtures.
• Move furniture and respond to guest questions with courtesy.
