Qualifications

• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Flexible full-time schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Minimum two years of hospitality maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move stairs or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Responds and attends to guest room repair requests.
• Fixes plumbing problems and related equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance on laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Maintains shift logs for operation and safety activities.
• Maintains stock items and orders tools as needed.
• Supports the team to reach common goals.
• Responds to alarms and supports emergency procedures.
• Adheres to company policies and maintains professional appearance.
• Ensures adherence to work schedules and PTO processes.
• Identifies ways to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost savings.
