Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required; hotel experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years hotel and/or commercial building maintenance required.
• Good communication, attention to detail, time management and computer skills required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Central Plant Operations and perform daily readings.
• Maintain all HVAC equipment in the building.
• Provide technical assistance to other technicians.
• Maintain accurate refrigerant logs and water treatment.
