Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and meticulousness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation and repair of equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance for guest rooms and common areas.
• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Follow up on alarms and report findings.
• Represent the company with reputation and good character.
