Qualifications

• Maintenance work in hotel or resort setting.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Engaging, welcoming personality with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Repairs electrical fixtures, house wiring, HVAC and plumbing components, doors, windows, woodwork and related tasks.
• Keeps records and logs of completed tasks and submits reports in a timely manner.
