Qualifications

• Three or more years of hotel, building, or similar maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance for equipment, guest rooms and infrastructure.
• Lead in-house projects: proposals, scheduling, budgeting, quality control.
• Oversee outside contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Maintain exterior grounds, landscaping, parking areas and pool/spa where applicable.
