Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for their Marriott Colorado Springs location. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring the hotel operates at optimum levels for guests.

The role requires previous maintenance experience, strong technical skills across various trades, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A competitive salary range of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel or commercial facility maintenance preferred.
• Broad working knowledge of trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical repair.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
