Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms
2. Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns
3. Paint, replace electrical accessories, maintain HVAC systems
4. Check fixtures, lighting, signs for proper operation; maintain spare parts and bulbs
5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests
6. Complete work orders efficiently
7. Perform daily rounds, identify and report issues
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance preferred
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical, electrical, or technical disciplines preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exceed guest and team expectations
