Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance/construction-related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks across systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Perform preventive repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment (fridges, ice machines, laundry).
• Help maintain cleanliness and safety of hotel grounds and public areas.
• Respond to guest requests for maintenance promptly and courteously.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines when using tools and equipment.
