Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a part-time capacity. You will oversee property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms, performing preventative maintenance and timely response to maintenance orders.

Qualifications include 2+ years in hotel maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and strong communication skills. The position offers benefits and a supportive environment for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (2) years in a hotel maintenance position preferred.
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical, electrical, and/or technical disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and light bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner.
• Completed daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
