Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer. Compensation is based on experience. Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in maintenance or trades, hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all hotel operating systems and components to ensure proper, safe operation.
• Respond to front desk reports of guest problems and communicate action completion.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
