Job summary
TRU by Hilton - Prattville, RAM Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee grounds, facilities, and guest room upkeep. The role includes preventive maintenance, small repairs, and coordination of larger repairs with the General Manager.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior maintenance experience preferred.
- Background screening is required; familiarity with PMS systems helps.
- Willingness to complete hotel maintenance training and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee property maintenance of grounds, building facilities and guest rooms.
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas and preventive maintenance.
- Assist with small repairs and special projects; report larger needs to GM.
- Complete daily maintenance checklist and maintenance request forms within 24 hours.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies on a 24-hour call basis.
