Job summary

PCH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a part-time, on-site role at a Marriott property in Prattville, Alabama. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure safety, functionality and guest satisfaction, while responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining detailed maintenance records.

You will monitor facilities and systems, troubleshoot issues, and follow departmental procedures to keep the property in top condition and deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installations following procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest service calls and requests.
• Maintain records of defects and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diligently determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take corrective action, following departmental procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities, equipment, and systems.
