Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain hotel buildings and equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.
• Address and resolve maintenance requests in guest rooms with a professional and courteous approach.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance in mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, and plumbing areas.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records of all tasks performed.
• Assist in managing emergencies to protect guests, team members, and property systems, adhering to safety protocols.
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly stored.
• Interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Follow established Lost and Found procedures for items left behind.
• Perform other duties or projects as requested by management.
