Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or resort maintenance.
• Experience with household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Repair electrical systems, appliances, wiring, switches, motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, doors, walls, flooring; support preventative maintenance programs.
• Keep logs, complete required reports and maintain records.
