Responsibilities

• Maintain an orderly and properly stocked work cart.
• Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities.
• Ensure thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
• Daily change and inspection of linens and towels, following the Green Program standards.
• Practice safety standards and report hazards.
• Respect guests’ property and exercise responsible care of equipment.
• Maintain accurate time records and follow proper standards for issuance of rooms.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Maintain an orderly and properly stocked work cart.
• Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities.
• Ensure thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.

• Practice safety standards and report hazards (e.g., broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, suspicious persons).
• Respect guests’ property and exercise responsible care of equipment.

• Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor.
