Job summary

Legacy Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our Renton property to perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to guest needs, and support hotel operations.

You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC issues, maintain equipment, and ensure safety while delivering a high-quality guest experience. The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience and may include a Certified Pool Operator certification.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and basic building systems.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.
• Relevant trade certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and assist with repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in safe working condition.
• Work closely with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
