Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our TownePlace Suites team in Geneva, OH. The role covers property grounds, public areas and guest rooms, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hotel maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and carpentry skills. This part-time position offers daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401k,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hotel maintenance preferred.
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical/electrical/technical disciplines preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain spare parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner.
• Completed daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
