Job summary

The McCormick Scottsdale is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team on-site, ensuring reliable operation of hotel facilities and guest safety across the Scottsdale property.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in hospitality or similar settings.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems knowledge.
• Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with safety and building codes.
• Technical certification or diploma preferred.
