Qualifications

• Technical Experience in a related field or trade (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC/Refrigeration, Paint & Wallcovering)
• Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Two to three years of previous hotel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, public and back-of-house spaces
• Respond to guest room calls in a timely manner and provide outstanding guest service
• Perform mechanical repairs in kitchens, mechanical spaces and interior/exterior building components
• Self-motivate and communicate well, even during lower call volume periods
