Job summary

InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a Maintenance/Engineer to join our hotel team.

The successful candidate will manage preventive maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, respond to guest requests promptly, and assist with repairs and upkeep of the property in a fast-paced environment. We value hands-on technicians with strong safety awareness who can work with managers to propose maintenance solutions and keep a clean, safe workspace in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and keep updated records.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with hotel property knowledge, guest room repairs, and common area maintenance.
• Work with managers to recommend maintenance service solutions.
• Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations.
