Job description

We are looking for an engineer to join our team with a soon to be beautifully renovated hotels!

Preventative maintenance is of the utmost importance in this role - having an eye and care for you hotel product

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Make repairs to building and grounds equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building.

Replace TV’s, cable boxes, and other equipment as needed.

Replace light switches and perform other basic electrical tasks.

Paint inside and outside as needed.

Replace pipes and perform other basic plumbing tasks.

Respond to room maintenance calls as requested.

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Perform any other duties assigned
