Job summary

Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, a Noble House Res, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with strong HVAC knowledge to join our Engineering team on the private island. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep to ensure luxury guest experiences meet our high standards.

Hotel experience is preferred. This on-site role offers a competitive compensation package and benefits, supporting a premier hospitality environment.

Qualifications

This luxury private island resort, which has many recent major renovations, includes 15 bungalows, spa, bar lounge, and fine dining restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The JOB:

Join the Engineering team at Little Palm Island and help preserve our private island paradise running smoothly. We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer with strong HVAC/A/C knowledge and a well‑rounded understanding of resort maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands the importance of maintaining the high standards of a luxury guest experience.

Requirements

This role requires an individual with an attention to detail, one who is proactive and problem solving, all with a big smile. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Hotel Experience preferred.
