Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a maintenance professional to repair and maintain HVAC systems and perform related trades. The role covers tile replacement, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and routine preventive maintenance in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems.
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Respond to routine calls prioritized by guest service needs.
• Assist with plumbing, drywall repair, carpenter functions and related trades.
