Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Laundry Attendant in Kotzebue, Alaska. The role supports daily linen processing in a hotel setting, with duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and transporting clean linen.

You will keep the laundry area organized and adhere to uniform standards while assisting housekeeping as needed. The position requires fluent English, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and prior hospitality or cleaning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Sort, weigh, and load linen into washer and dryer.
• Safely operate various washers and dryers; maintain productivity standards.
• Remove linen promptly to prevent wrinkles; fold to standards.
• Transport folded linen to floor linen rooms in a timely fashion.
• Check washing machine drains and inform maintenance if needed.
• Keep laundry area organized; clean washers, dryers, and lint traps daily.
• Empty washers/dryers and turn off machines at end of shift.
• Wear proper uniform as specified in associate handbook.
• Assist with housekeeping as needed.
• Other department duties may be assigned.
