South Beach Group Hotels is seeking a line cook to prepare and direct food production in a hotel kitchen. You will follow sanitation standards, manage pastry items, and maintain production records to ensure quality and timely service.

Must have 2+ years culinary experience and 1+ year in a hotel setting; a culinary degree is preferred. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and the ability to work independently are required.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years culinary experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary degree or hotel-related experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food in compliance with sanitation and health standards.
• Assists in planning and decorating pastry items as necessary.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain daily production records and coordinate pastry production with meal serving times.
• Report equipment repairs to supervisor and ensure proper stock usage.
